I had met with Todd in the Fall to discuss a potential building site for my development company. Within 1 week, he located a corner lot with over 11,000 square feet of potential mixed use space on a major intersection in our desired neighbourhood. A perfect fit for what we were aiming to build. We visited the site the next day, and in under a week, we had our offer accepted by the owners for $400,000 under the original listing price, which was 25%. We even managed to negotiate an extended closing date for my company which helped us with the applications at the city. Throughout the whole process, Todd remained professional and respectful, yet determined, and managed to succeed. We're very lucky to have met Todd at the first house we saw. As first-time home buyers, we really didn't know a lot about buying a house. We saw a place online we liked and gave the number a call.
